My love for animals has always been part of me, and over the years it grew into a deep connection with dogs. I’ve cared for strays in India and loved them all the same — because for me, every dog deserves kindness, no matter the breed.
The idea for BarkStrasse came after my own dog wasn’t treated with the gentleness she deserved at a groomer’s daycare. That moment shook my trust and made me realise how hard it is for pet parents to hand over their “babies.” I promised myself I’d create the safe, loving space I wished existed — where dogs are always treated with patience, respect, and care.
For me, grooming is never just about neat coats. It’s about calm energy, soft hands, gentle words, and a pace that lets dogs feel comfortable and unhurried. I want every dog to leave happy, not stressed.
